The Rents and Sales Matrix was created to help reduce the number of times that we would request comps and market analysis from our agents by creating a snapshot of the After Repair Values (ARVs) and Market Rents in the local area. This spreadsheet should help reduce the amount of time it takes to conduct desktop evaluations which should result in more offers!
